Country Inn & Suites By Radisson, Appleton North, Wi - Little Chute

I love the staff members here! They all smiled and talked with us like we were members of the same family and that they were thrilled beyond belief to see us. During the week, there is a selection of cookies out in the lobby that we can help ourselves to. On Saturday, when we returned to the hotel and were walking through the lobby, I said something to the person I was staying there with about how the cookies and in fact the whole case that they had been kept in was gone. Two minutes later, I was in my room when I got a call from the employee at the front desk. "Sorry to bother you. I think I heard you say something about the cookies being gone. On weekends, we don't have the cookies out, but if you would like some, we have some here, behind the desk. You can come down and get some at any time." #1--The employee knew my name and which room I was staying in. #2--The employee was aware of what was happening and what people were doing. #3--The employee took the time to let us know that we could always have what we wanted. I LOVE THIS PLACE and seriously CANNOT WAIT to go back!!!!

I asked 4 different people on 4 different occasions if we could borrow one more luggage holder, since we both had one suitcase and bending over to reach the suitcase on the floor was a nuisance. Each time, I was told that there was only one per room and there were no extras in the hotel. As I was checking out, I mentioned my frustration with this one little thing. I was told then (the manager happened to be there then) that there were, indeed, extra luggage holders in a storage room. That was the worst thing that happened at the Country Inn & Suites -- North Appleton location during our week-long stay.

The room was brand-new and well-equipped with peanuts and fireplace, as for instance and the overall experience on a business trip was REALLY GOOD. Location: the hotel was close to the water park and Green Bay and local eateries that were delivery and or Takeout.

Too much chlorine in the pool area and I wish it were a little cheaper.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. I didn't have my kids with me on this trip, but had they been, they would have loved the pool area. The breakfast provided a good start to the day. I will stay here again in the future.

My only complaint is with the free wi-fi. The signal quality was fair to poor. I could walk outside and pick up a better connection from a nearby business.

If you asked sooner it would have a better response. We have stay 8 other places since then sorry. And

Water park was perfect for my kids age!

I didn't appreciate not being able to utilize the water park during the hours of 7 to 4 on the two days we stayed. We were informed by staff the pool was closed from 7 to 4 the entire week. We went mainly to utilize the water park and ended up having to spend additional money to occupy a 2, 4 and 5 year old. So instead of relaxing we were driving around trying find something else to do and spent more money not a happy time.

The staff was very helpful even in the evening.

I thoroughly enjoyed my room - clean with fireplace. It has marvellous and quiet setting close to Lambeau field.

This was just a suitable option for a quick weekend visit in Little Chute with a reasonable price. The pools and slides were fun and clean for the kids. Make sure to enjoy the breakfast. It's better than average.

The staff were attentive and eager to help with our needs. The layout of the suite was spacious, allowing our family with children to move around comfortably.

The breakfast buffet had everything from fluffy pancakes to make-your-own waffles that kept my taste buds dancing! Plus, the family-friendly pool area with slides.
